Where do you ship to?
At present we only ship to the UK.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is 2-4 days.
How do I track my order?
You will be provided a tracking number after purchase.

How do I return an item?
To return an item please contact Kohana Luxe through our contact page. There are no returns if your item was a custom made product with personalisation.
How long does it take to process my return?
Your returns will be processed as soon as possible.
Can I exchange for a different item?
You can exchange items as long as they are not custom made and personalised.

What size shirts are available?
Our shirts range from a XS to 2XL depending on the shirt.
Do you do custom products?
Yes if you contact us through the contact form we can help.
What is your lead time on custom orders?
It depends as each custom order is different but it is something we can discuss if you contact us using the contact page.
Do you ship worldwide?
Unfortunately not as this present time.
